IRON ORE

Iron ore is abundant in the world, but deposits are concentrated in a few countries, with only five accounting for 77% of total occurrences. Brazil is home to 8.3% of reserves, the fifth largest in the world, equivalent to 17 billion tons. Reserves in Brazil and Australia have the highest content of iron contained, in the order of 60%.

Brazil is the second largest producer of iron ore in the world, with China producing about 21% and Brazil, 19%. The largest Brazilian deposits are in Minas Gerais, with 61.2% of national reserves, Mato Grosso do Sul, with 28.1% and Pará, with 10.4%.

Delivery: FOB / CIF

Boarding:

30 - 45 days for the first shipment, with the possibility of extending the initial term, according to the contracted quantity.

Note 1:

The delivery period will only start after signing the contract, sending and blocking the letter of credit, through the receiving bank.

Warranties:

LC, DLC, IRDLC, ARDLC, SBLC or BG

Hiring and Payment

For a minimum contractual period of 12 months (Extensive), through LC, DLC, IRDLC, ARDLC, SBLC or BG (Transferable, Divisible, Irrevocable, and Operative), proportional to 1 (One) shipment, issued by a Top-25/50 bank via MT700 swift.

Preference for payment using the ARDLC Automatic Revolving, Documentary Letter of Credit instrument
