CONTRACTING SERVICES
1- In order for us to generate a Transparent, Healthy and Mutually Respectful relationship, it will be necessary to send the CIS with Passport and KYC, together with the social contract and the data of their respective partners, in order to complete the service provision contract.

2- SERVICE FEE will be considered all that is necessary to start any commercial deal, regarding other expenses that are necessary for the continuity of the operational process, whether they are: national or international air tickets, road, accommodation, permanence costs , among others, will be informed to the customer in advance.
3- We also emphasize that the agreed percentages and payments related to commissions now described in the contract (Joint Venture, PSA, NCNDA, IMFPA), will only have their payment made, in the conclusion and success of any operation provided by us, and it is not up to the Seller customer , Buyer or Investor any liability for future payments or collections for unfulfilled transactions.
4- All payments related to the operation abroad will be through a PayMastes to be informed in due time.
