DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR
QUALIFICATION

LIST OF DOCUMENTS
Documents must always be sent in PDF, preferably in a single email to nero.icbrazil@gmail.com. If it is necessary to send in several emails, identify them for proper verification.
1) Three last balance sheets signed by the accountant;
2) Social Contract and with the latest Contractual Amendment;
3) List of updated Bank Debt (Banks, Securities, and Maturities) and Banks that the Company operates;
4) The Letter of Request for the Amount of Support, stating the amount required and its expected use, by the Borrower;
5) Business Plan (if applicable) for Financing Green or Brown Field Projects. (Portuguese and English);
6) Inform if you have a Public and Active Company in the USA or Europe. If so, Send the Constitutive Documents and Banks that have Accounts;
7) Guarantees Available to Support the Operation:
7.1) Urban, Rural or Industrial Property = Submit Updated Property Valuation or Letter of Declaration of Perceived Value by the Client, Duly Signed. In Case of Belonging to Third Parties Attach a Letter of Consent from the Third Party for Use of the Property in the Credit Operation. (This will need to be registered with a notarized firm);
7.2) Sales Contracts = Duly Signed by the Contractors;
7.3) Receivables = Send Receipt Report, with Paying Clients Spreadsheet;
7.4) SBLC or Other Financial Instruments = Attach Issuing Bank Constitution Contract;
7.5) Other Unlisted Assets, Specify Via Email, for Due Assessment.
8) An updated Institutional Presentation and / or www of the Company's Website.
